How do I place an order ?

You may place an order by 2 different ways: 

-Simply search for your item(s) at www.auraconceptstore.com, add them to your cart, and then check out. 

-You may also place an order by calling us at +30 2310.273.451 (M-F, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm)

How can I cancel or modify an order?

How can I check the status of my order? 

You can view your order’s status here or you may log-in to your account & click "My orders". Otherwise you may contact us through e-mail at info@auraconceptstore.com.

How can I make a payment?  

The following 4 methods of payment are accepted:

Credit or Debit Card: All credit card transactions are performed in Piraeus’ Bank secure platform accepting Visa, Mastercard & Maestro. 

Paypal or Viva Wallet: Aura Concept Store welcomes payments from PayPal or Viva Wallet Accounts.

Cash on Delivery: This method is available only for deliveries in Greece. Payment will be collected at the time of delivery by the carrier. Please note that the delivery fee costs 1.80 euros.

What are your shipping rates and delivery schedule? 

Shipping in Greece and Cyprus is done by ACS & ELTA Courier between 9 am and 5 pm on working days. Estimated delivery times are 1-2 working days for Greece and approximately 5 working days for Cyprus. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next working day. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays. Aura Concept Store shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping rates:

Deliveries Abroad

All packages that are meant to be sent should not weigh more than 2kg. Estimated delivery times are 5-7 working days. The cost of delivery for Cyprus & Bulgaria is 21,90 euros. 

The shipping costs for undelivered or returned parcels are non-refundable.

*Free shipping with orders over 50€, applies only for deliveries in Greece.

How can I return a product?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag, receipt and original packaging. Aura Concept Store reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying an order. Please note that free return policy is limited to one exchange only.
