Aura Concept Store’s website and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of and Conditions and any other rules posted on our website. Aura Concept Store reserves the right to amend or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The company assumes the obligation to update this document in case of any change or addition to the terms.
In order to make purchases on our website, you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. This information will in no way be disclosed, transferred, or sold to a third party unless imposed by a Public Authority (court, etc.).

All credit card transactions are performed in Piraeus’ Bank secure platform.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Aura Concept Store offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers, in which case the product will be tagged with the label “Temporarily unavailable”. In this case you have the possibility of making an advance payment for an advance purchase by contacting our customer service. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once designer stock has been delivered to Aura Concept Store. Your rights regarding an advance purchase are the same as those for any other purchase Aura Concept Store. Alternatively, you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of selected items not held in stock.
For any order cancellation or change of address or payment, you may email info@auraconceptstore.com. This option is available until the moment that you have been informed of the shipment of your order by email. After this point no cancellations or changes to your order are possible.
The following 4 methods of payment are accepted:
Cash on Delivery: Payment will be collected at the time of delivery by the driver. Please note that the delivery fee costs 1.80 euros.
Credit or Debit Card: All credit card transactions are performed in Piraeus’ Bank secure platform accepting Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
Paypal or Viva Wallet: Aura Concept Store welcomes payments from PayPal or Viva Wallet Accounts. Bank Transfer: Your payments must be addressed to the following bank account:

Please reference your order number in your payment to avoid delays. Also note that your order will be processed as soon as your payment is cleared, which might take up to 2 working days depending on bank procedure. Alternatively, you can send your payment confirmation to info@auraconceptstore.com for immediate processing of your order.
Shipping in Greece and Cyprus is done by Courier services between 9 am and 5 pm on working days. Estimated delivery times are 1-2 working days for Greece and 5 working days for Cyprus. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next working day. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays. Aura Concept Store shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control. When the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order.
During checkout, you have the option to state whether you would like your order to be prepared as a gift. You may also choose to send your gift directly to the recipient. In this case, we will send you directly the invoice of the gift by email.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag, receipt and original packaging. Send us an email at info@auraconceptstore.com, within 7 days of your package delivery. Aura Concept Store reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying an order. Please note that free return policy is limited to one exchange only and applies only for deliveries in Greece.
Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal, Viva Wallet or bank account used for paying for the order. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company. For deliveries abroad, the shipping costs for undelivered or returned parcels are non-refundable.
