If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag, receipt and original packaging. Send us an email at info@auraconceptstore.com, within 7 days of your package delivery.
Aura Concept Store reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying an order.
Please note that free return policy is limited to one exchange, for Greek territory only.
Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal, Viva Wallet or bank account used for paying for the order. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company. For deliveries abroad, the shipping costs for undelivered or returned parcels are non-refundable.
