The feet are an important part of your overall health and wellness. Often referred to as the second heart, they help circulate fluids back up into the body, which can be inhibited by factors such as lack of sleep, these Detoxifying Foot Pads work to restore this balance. Formulated with orange, vitamin C and bamboo extract. Directions: For best results, apply to clean, dry feet. Remove pads from the pouch and peel from paper. Apply the adhesive side of the pad to the bottom arch of each foot. Press the pad firmly onto the skin to ensure a secure fit and wear socks. Wear while sleeping, then remove and discard. Pads are usually dark and moist upon removal. Do not exceed 10 hours of use. Wash and dry feet after. Caution: For external use only. Adult use only. Keep out of reach of children. Do not walk while pads are applied. Pads may discolour sheets if in direct contact so wear socks during use. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or illness. Please consult your doctor before use if you have any medical conditions.
