How to Use: (1) When using the remote control, hold the power button to turn ON/OFF. Then, hold the power button on the remote control to turn ON/OFF. Both components are ready to use. Press the "+" button on the remote control to cycle through the vibration settings. Press the "-" button to go back to the previous settings. After 30 minutes of no use, the remote control will automatically turn off. (2) When not using the remote control, hold the power button on the vibrator to turn ON/OFF. Press the same power button to cycle through the 10 vibratrion settings.
